Listen to the soothing sounds of a Bach melody with this add-on cartridge for the award-winning Neurosmith Music Blocks Mozart Set. With this cartridge, the rainbow-hued blocks each play a few seconds of basic Bach in a variety of digitally created musical formats: voices with flute; vibraphone; a quartet with strings and woodwinds; an ensemble with trumpets, strings, and woodwinds; an ensemble with woodwinds and percussion instruments; and piano. It requires careful listening to distinguish differences between the different musical ensemble styles and between some of the musical sequences that are quite similar. The similarity between musical segments is actually an advantage to the user, as the blocks can be combined in many sequences to produce new melodies that essentially sound like real music. --Marcie Bovetz
