2 out of 5 stars bad music but baby does not mind   September 4, 2010
S. Johnson (St. Louis, MO United States)
The black keys are not pushable. The music is very computerized and static-y sounding. I would have to say poor music quality. Baby likes it (13 months old) because he pushes the preset buttons and it goes. He rarely pushes the white piano keys. He just turns it on and then does something else nearby. I wish he were more involved in the making of the music. There is a volume control thankfully. The mechanical sound of the music gets a little better when you turn it down. But it is easy for baby to turn the volume up. He likes to push it around the carpet. It has a rounded bottom so is very nice for that. So he'll push it around and keep pushing the buttons so he has music wherever he goes. He really does like it a lot. The music selection is a little weird. I swear it plays Love Shack and the Jackson Five ABC.

5 out of 5 stars Great little piano and song player   August 28, 2010

My little granddaughter who is one year old has had the most fun with this little piano. She loves just pushing a button and having it play aa upbeat song from the 1960's. It is very durable also....she has put it through some rough treatment, and it still plays like a dream.

5 out of 5 stars Love it!   July 6, 2010

My 9 month old daughter loves this piano. She pushes down as hard as she can on it, and it seems to be really durable. I really like it so far ;)

5 out of 5 stars Love the music!   May 27, 2010

I bought this keyboard for my special needs daughter (she is 6)and she just loves it! Music is her favorite type of entertainment and the buttons are super easy for her to press. It is her favorite toy and she listens to it constantly. She does have a tendency to sometimes throw her toys when she is finished with them and this keyboard holds up well to crashes on the tile floor. And mom and dad enjoy the prerecorded tunes :)

3 out of 5 stars just ok   February 24, 2010
LMTMom (Brookings, OR USA)
I have mixed feelings about this toy; it suits it's purpose, being a noise-maker and I do like the size and weight, it's easy for a toddler to carry around, moving it from his lap to a table or couch. My son (age 2) recognizes it as a piano, and seems to be happy to have it, but it doesn't hold his interest for very long. The black keys don't play and the sound quality is quite mediocre. I have also noticed the on/off knob is hard to turn, I struggle with it, and my son can't turn it at all. It seemed to be the best choice at the time, but I'm ambivalent about recommending it, the price is a bit steep for mediocrity.
